General Information
The City of Edgewater municipal elections are conducted every two (2) years, in odd-numbered years, on the first Tuesday in November. This election is coordinated with the Jefferson County Clerk and Recorder's Office. The mayor is elected to a two-year term and the councilors are elected to a four-year term.Terms of office begin at the first regular City Council meeting following certification of election results. The next election will be held on November 1, 2011.
