The office of the City Clerk consists of the City Clerk and any personnel subordinate to the City Clerk.

The Fire Department consists of the Fire Chief and any personnel subordinate to the Fire Chief.

The Parks and Recreation Department consists of the Parks and Recreation Director and any personnel subordinate to the Parks and Recreation Director.

The Police Department consists of the Police Chief and any personnel subordinate to the Police Chief.

The Public Works Department consists of the Public Works Director and any personnel subordinate to the Public Works Director.

The office of the Engineer is a contracted service.
