Edgewater's Urban Renewal Authority

"Dedicated to the Revitalization of Edgewater"

The Edgewater Redevelopment Authority is a separate entity under Colorado law. Its Commissioners are appointed to 5 year terms by the Mayor.  The Commission has 7 members, one of which is a City Council member.

The Authority works closely with the Mayor and City Council to review and make decisions regarding economic development and removing blight within the designated urban renewal area.

Meetings: 4th Tuesday of the month and/or as posted.

MISSION STATEMENT

It is the desire of the Edgewater Redevelopment Authority (ERA) to aid the recruitment of new business and encourage retention and expansion of existing Edgewater businesses within the urban renewal area.
